I have loved and enjoyed probability and statistics every time I have taken it. I studied the subject in Business Graduate School as well as college, and have taken an additional course in Advanced Statistics. I did help fellow business graduate students understand a concept on occasion, when it was tough for them to understand. I have a talent for making Probability and Statistics understandable to a non-math person by breaking concepts down into manageable pieces and explaining the concepts, so one does not get lost in a mishmash of half numbers and half Greek. I believe that the key to acing statistics in to understand what the tests are about, and the concepts behind the tests. I have a talent for doing this, and will likely become a statistics specialist tutor. Once I explain the concepts, statistics becomes very doable for the average student, if not downright fun. I enjoy finding different student's methods of learning and helping students define and realize their dreams through successful education.

I have successfully studied for Law School, Paralegal certification, Insurance license certification, a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree, and have passed many final examinations (such as CLEP and Dantes) for college credit with flying colors. Moreover, I have a great skill for strategy and planning out ways to reach goals. I am able to deduce solutions from the evidence that most other people cannot see. This makes me particularly able to figure out a plan for helping students realize their goals and dreams. I also have learned many techniques from my school and test taking experiences for how to study and get through tough courses, and how to maximize performance on tests.

I have read so many books on history that I can tell the relevant facts in many periods without reading the textbook. I have passed all history tests in college with flying colors. I have the ability to make history interesting, with the explanation of how things fit together, rather than a long list of dates, events, and names. My mother was a master in English and Journalism (from the University of Michigan), and she taught English as a second language to foreign students as a university professor, so I always had high expectations for good use of English and good writing placed on me. I also studied Legal writing in Law school. This was very rigorous, and my law studies have prepared me to evaluate writing very effectively. I was able to pass the FYLSX (Baby Bar) which requires excellent writing to pass. As a result of these experiences, I am excellent in finding errors in writing, and making things look better. I have greatly enjoyed the study of zoology for many years. I have studied from encyclopedias, libraries, reference books, and various audiovisual materials. I have studied about the principles of zoology, including the animal cell, anatomy and physiology, reproduction, genetics, and animal behavior. I have also studied animal classification, both of vertebrates and invertebrates. I also can explain the principles of ecology, which deals with how animals interact with the environment. The food chain and web is also a particular object of study for me, and well as how animals have adapted to different environments.
