With over twenty years in education, coaching, and medicine, I have devoted my career to nurturing confident, high-achieving students as both a practicing physician and medical educator.
As a nationally recognized and awarded physician, I earned honors throughout my academic journey, graduating near the top of my medical school class and scoring in the 99th percentile on all standardized tests, including the USMLE. I was awarded merit scholarships at the undergraduate and graduate levels, including full scholarship support at Georgia Tech, where my teaching journey began. There, I mentored high school students and fellow undergraduates in SAT/ACT prep, STEM subjects, and study skills. Throughout my medical training and career, I have taught in classroom, clinical, and one-on-one settings, guiding high school seniors, college pre-meds, and practicing clinicians to surpass their goals—from mastering tough content to preparing for competitive admissions and board exams.
I believe that great teaching is rooted in understanding each student’s background and learning style. I have led lectures and seminars but find the deepest learning happens individually or in small groups, where every lesson is tailored to each student's questions and obstacles. My approach blends the art of medicine with research-backed methods, encouraging active participation and building lasting confidence. Having taught students of all levels and backgrounds, I am dedicated to helping each learner discover strengths, overcome challenges, and reach their full potential.
