I am a PhD candidate at the University of Cambridge who wants to see other students succeed. I also currently work as a statistician in the public health field, and enjoy being able to help others through tutoring as well.

I earned my Master of Science in Biostatistics at the University of Michigan in addition to a Master of Public Health in Biostatistics from Boston University, and Bachelor of Science in Biology, Psychology, and Linguistics from Emory University. I have extensive experience in tutoring, teaching and guiding students and peers in statistics, math, and writing skills.

I love working with data and numbers. I use a step-by-step approach to explain concepts that may be difficult to understand.

I use R on a regular basis and I also teach students on tips to programming.

I have experience with all types of students (non-traditional students, etc.) and I make sure that they become comfortable with the material.

I have a master in public health concentrating in biostatistics. I am also a research statistician, but I have tutored several students in these concepts. I was a tutor for biostatistics while a student. The students that I have worked with respond well to step by step approaches to concepts, such as hypothesis testing or identifying bias and/or confounding in data analyses.
