I enjoy helping people to develop, succeed, and realize their goals. I have been a learning and development consultant and facilitator. I have taught, coached, and provided valuable feedback to adults for twenty years. I am very personable and believe in building long term relationships with each participant. I am very patient, and down-to-earth.

I understand the needs of the adult learner, and each person’s learning style; therefore, I do not transition to another topic until each person understands and absorbs the information that is being conveyed. I have served corporate America in developing employees to meet their person and corporate goals. Teaching is very gratifying, because it allows me to provide the "AH AH" experience to participants.

I have always created an environment that is conducive to learning. Based on level one evaluation, participants have stated that the learning experience exceeded their expectations. As a result of my teaching and coaching, the company where I worked was able to hire and retain quality employees.

This was based on comments made by management and also data that were compared to my classes and the classes of some of my colleagues. The results of my training and development of new and tenured employees were observed in better productivity for the organization. I am a member of Toast Master (which enhances public speaking skills). I have also taught Bible classes, English, and Leadership classes to non-profit organizations.

Currently, I am pursuing a doctoral degree in organizational management (e-learning and curriculum design). I have a master’s degree in organizational management.
