As a trainer in physical fitness, I admit to not being certified yet. But I am working on that. Now, throughout the past 2 years, I have worked with 8 individual clients. 2 of them were impressed with my work ethic and methods which brought about the other 6 clients through word of mouth/referral. Of course, scheduling and nutrition are key. And because of that complications with 1 or both can cause for slacking. LET'S NOT ALLOW THAT TO HAPPEN.
