I am a STEM-focused tutor with a background in Biochemical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Health Informatics, and I enjoy helping students build confidence in science subjects like chemistry, biology, and general science. Through my academic training and professional experience working with scientific data and lab concepts, I have developed a clear, step-by-step method of explaining complex topics so they feel more manageable instead of overwhelming.

My tutoring experience began through peer tutoring and academic support in high school and college, where I regularly helped classmates understand difficult concepts, prepare for exams, and improve their foundational knowledge. I also currently volunteer teaching Sunday School lessons to high school students, which has strengthened my ability to explain ideas clearly, stay patient, and adapt to different learning styles and levels of understanding.
My teaching approach is patient, structured, and focused on true understanding rather than memorization. I adjust my explanations based on each student’s pace and needs, whether they need homework help, concept clarification, or long-term support in science subjects. I especially work well with middle school, high school, and introductory college students who feel stuck or overwhelmed and want a supportive, low-pressure environment where they can ask questions and build confidence over time.
