Hi, I’m RJ, the founder of Alectrix Preparatory, a K–8 micro-school and tutoring program located in Lawrenceville. Alectrix Preparatory serves neurotypical students as well as students with mild processing challenges, providing a learning environment built around personalization, flexibility, and small-group instruction.
Through Alectrix Preparatory, I design individualized learning plans that focus on building strong academic foundations, confidence, and independence. This same approach carries over into tutoring, where I work one-on-one or in small groups with students who benefit from targeted support outside of a traditional classroom setting.
My goal is to help students feel supported, capable, and successful in their learning. I work closely with families to ensure instruction is aligned with each student’s needs and learning style, while fostering long-term growth and confidence.
