I was born near Chicago, IL and grew up in Alpharetta, GA. I graduated with my B.S. in Early Childhood Education from Georgia Southern University. I graduated and started teaching in 2016. I spent 4 years teaching 5th grade Math, during which, I was chosen as my school's Teacher of the Year! In 2022, my husband and I both took 6 months off of work to hike the Appalachian Trail. Luckily, upon our return, I was able to return to my same elementary school as an Intervention Specialist. I recently returned to teaching 4th grade and have developed a LOVE for teaching Reading and Writing.

I am eager to meet you and your child's needs! I have a positive, upbeat demeanor. Listening to your hopes and goals for your child is one of my main priorities.
