My name is Jordan. A tutor since 2010. I have tutored students as young as 3rd grade, up to college-aged adult students. I have tutored Math, Spanish, English, & Test Prep. I love teaching! It's absolutely what I do best & it is more of a passion than just my career. I love helping students grasp the material in a way that sticks. Teaching gives me a humble, happy life while improving the lives of others.

I'm an outstanding math tutor mainly from experience! My first math pupil was a 3rd grader with severe ADHD who became violent when unable to understand material. I never had a problem. I entered a long-term contract to remediate a 10th grader in Algebra 1 while she concurrently learned geometry. Teaching the whole subject is way more in-depth than a one-time lesson and I have that experience. The parents were so happy with me- I was asked to tutor her twin brothers in PreAlgebra to prepare for public school after homeschooling.

English has always been my best subject & was initially what I wanted to start tutoring exclusively in. I love the subject and enjoy teaching what I love & am an expert in. I have always excelled at writing/ reading &I do it often. I also love learning other languages and this improves my appreciation for all literacy.

I highly encourage students/parents to contact me. There is nothing to lose & genuinely everything to gain through my teaching. I have a true passion for assisting people to gain knowledge & the skills to obtain knowledge even after I am gone. Education is the most important thing to me & I encourage others through my passion.
I am currently a vocational instructor & tutor for the Department of Juvenile Justice.
