I do not simply correct a student’s work; I help students understand what to improve, why it matters, and how to become stronger, more confident communicators.

I am an experienced college Communication professor, writing tutor, published author, and award-winning public speaker. I help students with essays, research papers, class assignments, speech writing, outlining, public speaking, presentation delivery, workplace communication, and college-level Communication courses. I also work with students who need help overcoming nervousness, organizing their thoughts, or presenting with greater confidence.

I have nearly two decades of professional experience in marketing and communications and have worked with organizations including Coca-Cola, BET, and the New York Daily News. I have written and delivered hundreds of speeches and received recognition through the SCLC National Oratory Competition, Operation PUSH National Speech Competition, NAACP ACT-SO Oratory Competition, and Atlanta Mayor’s Scholar Writers Award. I graduated magna cum laude from Grambling State University with a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication and earned a master’s degree in Communication from Marist College.
