I am a Registered Nurse (RN) and experienced educator with a strong background in both education and nursing. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Education, a Master’s degree in Education and Administration, and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) . My unique combination of teaching and clinical experience allows me to explain complex nursing concepts clearly while connecting classroom knowledge to real-world patient care.

I have personally completed the courses I tutor and understand the academic challenges nursing students face. My goal is to help students understand difficult concepts, strengthen critical-thinking skills, develop effective study strategies, and build the confidence needed to succeed. I tailor each tutoring session to the student’s individual learning style, needs, and academic goals.

I provide tutoring in Pathophysiology, Fundamentals of Nursing, Health Assessment, Pharmacology, Anatomy & Physiology, Scholarly Practice, Safety & Quality, Medical-Surgical Nursing I & II, Family Nursing (Pediatrics), Technology & Informatics, Clinical I–III, Mental Health Nursing, and Dosage Calculations.

I also prepare students for the HESI, NCLEX, and ATI TEAS examinations through focused content review, practice questions, clinical reasoning, and effective test-taking strategies. I emphasize understanding the “why” behind each answer rather than relying solely on memorization.

I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and judgment-free learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and working through challenging material. My goal is to help every student strengthen their knowledge, improve their confidence, and achieve their academic and professional goals.
