I graduated with a Doctorate degree in Biostatistics in 2013, with a Masters degree in Biostatistics in 2009, and with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and a minor in Computer Science (I graduated summa cum laude) in 2007. I received the Outstanding Senior in Mathematics Award in 2007, the Outstanding Graduate Student Award in 2013, and received a Ph. D. with Distinction for my dissertation in 2013.

I worked on multiple linear regressions. Joshua simplified the information and made it practical so that I could understand. Please keep in mind that I was in an unexpected environment and we kept getting interrupted. I am excited about doing a session without interruptions.

Joshua helped me understand how to apply concepts I learned in statistics class into practical exercises. He was patient and made sure I understood the main idea without rushing me through them. He also made sure to answer my questions - even if repetitive - in different ways so I could grasp the main concept. I think he is very skilled as a tutor and time went by very quickly, he’s also super easy to talk to and very friendly. Our lesson extended the two hour time frame we had originally scheduled but he was kind enough to continue as he had the availability for it. He is also super responsive and makes scheduling lessons a breeze!
