I am a self-starter and highly motivated to get results with a determination to help students grow academically. I have varied experiences in the teaching and learning arena to include early childhood education up to higher education.

I establish high expectations for my students with realistic outcomes and I am a very easy person to talk to without fear or intimidation. Most importantly, I have an in depth understanding of the adage, that "it doesn't matter how much you know until I know how much you care." Building positive relations is the most important aspect in encouraging students to reach their maximum potential.

I have served as a public education teacher, facilitator, lead teacher, assistant principal, principal, and part-time adjunct professor. I not only enjoy educating youth, but I am committed to the cause with a firm belief coupled with core-values married to the assurance of outcomes which will develop good citizenship. Ultimately, I strongly believe that education is the key to opening doors that inevitably improve the world from it's impact.
I have tutored and taught a variety of students and what I value the most about the teaching and learning process is tied to the academic growth and confidence which in most cases will improve all aspects of a student's life at-large.

I am focused on results, eager, determined and motivated to help students to grow academically, socially and emotionally.

I have 8 years of experience as an educator in early childhood education. I supervise and evaluate elementary teachers instructional practices on a regular basis.

I am a veteran educator who is very passionate about the academic growth of youth. I strongly believe that I belong in the educational arena because I deem it a calling and not just a career.
