I am a highly experienced youth development professional with a record of developing and supporting successful youth oriented programs and events incorporating a wide range of proven techniques. Called upon to improve scholastic program effectiveness and efficiency through personal contributions and leadership that aligns the youth development programs and county-wide school system goals to realize an increase in student performance.

As a builder of relationships between the school system and local professionals, the results proved to be dynamic, challenging environments for students. Administrators have stated that I am a decisive leader with proven success in analytical thinking. In addition I exhibit effective relationship-building skills utilized in driving strong partnerships and cost effective collaboration between school faculty, students and local business professionals.

As a retired educator, I am able to quickly assess and utilize the appropriate response to meet the specific needs of the requirement at hand. Proven youth development skills utilized in driving favorable results and collaboration between students and teachers.

Being in the educational profession for over 30 years, I have a passion for working with youth. It has always been a wonderful source of accomplishment to teach teens and assist them in their career choices.
