Hi! I'm Mrs. Hill, and I'm here to help you feel confident and successful in reading and/or math! I graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education. Over the past 9 years, I’ve taught all elementary subjects in both a classroom setting and online. I've helped many students—in large groups, small groups, and one-on-one—improve their skills, build confidence, and actually enjoy learning. I know school can sometimes feel overwhelming, but I also know that with the right support, you can totally get the hang of it!

I've worked with students of all different learning styles in grades first through fifth. Whether you need help understanding a tricky math concept or want to become a stronger reader, I’ll break things down in a way that makes sense and helps you feel successful by:

-delivering step-by-step instruction that makes tough topics easier to understand.
-providing practice time with support, so you won’t be thrown into something new without help!
-helping you set your goals and offering feedback so you always know how you’re doing and what to work on.
-presenting fun and interactive activities to keep things exciting, like games, visuals, and online tools.
-using positive encouragement to help you stay motivated and proud of your progress.
