As an ELA content editor for McGraw-Hill Publishing, I developed and edited test items for various state standardized tests. As an executive search specialist, I routinely speak with senior leaders in various fields (i.e. medicine, higher ed, non-profits, government, law, etc.) about the qualities and skills they look for and require when seeking to fill an executive-level position within their organization or institution.
