I am an experienced private tutor who has extensive experience from teaching both in-classroom and one-on-one classes for over two decades. With a major in Finance summa cum laude from The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and an MBA from New York University, I worked on Wall Street before my retirement. Thanks to my deep passion for teaching, I have specialized on test preps for major standardized exams (SAT, ACT, GED, GRE, TOEFL,and GMAT) as a professional private tutor since 2012.

I always instill confidence in my students. Here’s my approach for SAT students:
1) Complete a test or a section to identify the deficiencies of knowledge and skills.
2) Efficiently learn all key concepts.
3) Internalize when and how to apply knowledge.
4) Master skills through tailored practice which is assigned after each session.

Lessons are completely individualized and highly adaptive. My tried-and-true approach has produced great results. I am proud that many of my students, including all of my own children, were accepted into many of the top universities in the country, such as Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Cornell, Columbia, UPenn, Dartmouth, Stanford, and more.

Each session lasts between 1-2 hours with a frequency of 2-3 sessions per week. Students under my guidance have quickly increased their SAT test scores anywhere from 100 to 300 points in less than two months. While every student is unique and may begin at a different stage of their learning, I am confident in my ability to help you reach your goals.
