I've been teaching various areas of Multimedia such as: Graphic Design, Video Production, Motion Graphics, 3D, and Photography for many years. I lead a Motion Graphics Group with 450+ members and do various training workshops and seminars on various topics.

-Photoshop & Illustrator are the industry standard programs. By teaching you how to use the programs and common techniques involved, you will understand how to achieve certain effects for your designs. I'll help you understand how it applies to print, Web, or Broadcast.

-Learn about the Film Industry and its counter parts such as Motion Graphics, 3D, and Photography. Let's go out and shoot some video, edit it, add some graphics, and turn it into something nice!

-Understanding your camera and how to use it effectively is something I can definitely help you with. We'll go over various types of photography genres and how to achieve great composition, angles, and effects.

I can adapt to your learning style to help you grasp the topics more efficiently. Just let me know how I can help you in this industry!

I've been in photography for many years and have done professional photography for events, billboards, magazines, print, websites and products. I have planned events along side the coordinator to ensure a good shoot outcome taking into consideration various lighting issues. Relying on composition, I have been able to capture products and models in the best way possible according the scenery or setup we have. Using the right camera settings to capture the perfect image is an important process I take prior to shooting by analyzing the scene and deciding on proper direction.

We can cover the following lessons: CINEMATOGRAPHERS: - Storyboarding and planing for your shoot. - Composition and giving your shots meaning. - Analyzing a scene to maximize your shoot time. - Managing your shots for cutting and transitions. EDITORS: - Creating a rough cut. - Cuts and Transitions. - Story pacing. - Setting the mood for your viewers. - Adding effects. - Color correcting. John
