Hey all! My name is Jay, I'm picking up tutoring for those wanting to learn the basics of digital art. I believe every young artist starts somewhere, and I'm here to help guide those on the right path, whether it's learning anatomy, coloring, compositions, and more. I am a Savannah College of Art and Design graduate in Sequential Arts (storyboarding, comics, character writing) and my goal here is to inspire new artists such as yourself! I am working towards becoming a certified art teacher and would love and appreciate artists of any age to learn with me as we both continue to grow. I do tutoring through online video calls and may assign homework due the next week. My choice of programs are Procreate on the iPad and Adobe Photoshop, I ask students to have an art program they are comfortable with (traditional is accepted ONLY for learning the basic elements and principals)! A little about me: I have 1-year of early education experience and have done commissions, but this is my first time tutoring. As an art student, I have years of experience with constructive criticism, an important part of growing as an artist. I love video games and eating yummy food, and I am self-taught in art which got me accepted into SCAD. What's your favorite food? :)
