Hi, I'm Bryn! I am a recent graduate of Emory University who studied history with specific focus on Georgia and the U.S. South. I am looking for part-time tutoring work this summer (both online and in-person), before heading off to the University of St. Andrews to pursue an MLitt in Museum & Heritage Studies as a Bobby Jones Scholar!
I love mentoring students and am particularly excited about helping clients with the college application process, scholarship applications, and personal statement writing. I advised students on pursuing undergraduate research opportunities as a Research Ambassador my last two years at Emory. I was selected as one student out of seventy-applicants for a full-tuition scholarship at Emory following my second year of college based on a personal essay I wrote. I also went through the application processes for the Marshall, Mitchell, and Beinecke Scholarships (highly competitive national scholarships) in the past year. Although I was unsuccessful for these applications, going through these processes helped me gain the skills and perspective to win the Bobby Jones Scholarship and secure graduate funding for next year.
