I'm Callen Dowell, I'm in my 3rd year at Emmanuel College. My major is Early Child education, and I love kids! Being an education major, my goal is to make the child comprehend and understand the learning material placed in front of them. School should be fun, not boring! I strive to make the student enjoy learning, and studying.

Reading should be fun, I strive to help the student understand the joy of reading.

Being an education major, I have worked in and out of classrooms during my time at Emmanuel. I understand what the student should be learning and the study techniques that will help them.

I love teaching, I have worked one on one with students helping them understand how to write and spell. I have worked in a 3rd grade classroom through my college and I was able to witness unique ways to get the students involved in spelling, and handwriting.

I have observed classrooms where the teacher was teaching phonics during their lessons. I strive to make the learning environment fun and interesting.

I love school! Most of all I love helping students comprehend the subjects that they are struggling with. School should be fun, and entertaining! I strive to make students enjoy school, and enjoy learning.
