As a special education teacher for over 18 years, I have had experience with many students overcoming disorders. Dyslexia is one disorder I worked closely with students who had been diagnosed. I was trained in the Orton Gillingham Program, which is a multi-sensory phonics approach for remedial reading instruction. The program focuses on phonics, phonological awareness, and morphology. This program will mold around the needs of your child.
