I taught all subjects in 5th and 6th grade and continued my education by attending teaching seminars. While I was teaching, several parents approached me for private tutoring. I had students of all grade levels coming to my classroom after school. I offered tutoring in reading, phonics, math, grammar, Algebra, Geometry, and many other subjects....

I taught all subjects in 5th and 6th grade and continued my education by attending teaching seminars. While I was teaching, several parents approached me for private tutoring. I had students of all grade levels coming to my classroom after school. I offered tutoring in reading, phonics, math, grammar, Algebra, Geometry, and many other subjects. During the summer, students would come to my home; I found the one-on-one experience to be more rewarding than the classroom. Some students learn better in a private setting; I believe this is because they do not feel inhibited by competition. I will allow your child to compete with themselves by improving their grades and confidence. I am confident in my teaching abilities and I will be able to help your child improve their grades.
