I have 23 years of experience working with youth, approximately 7 of which was full time in a public school, and about 3 years as a substitute teacher. I have worked with special needs students and regular education students. I am also involved with the Boy Scouts of America as a Scoutmaster, and serve as the Transportation Coordinator at a Scout Camp.

Severe and Profound Paraprofessional for 7 years. Special Needs School Bus Driver for 6 years. Duties included instructing student in the correct way to ask to use the restroom, how to shop, prepare food and general educational skills. Duties also included changing diapers and feeding students. Worked with Special Needs youth in Boy Scouts for 5 years, assisting them in completing rank requirements, including Merit Badges and Community Service projects.
