I’m currently in my 19th year of teaching mathematics, and I’ve had the privilege of working with students at every level. I have taught small group intervention courses up to advanced honors classes. Over the years, I’ve taught everything from Pre-Algebra to Pre-Calculus, helping students strengthen foundational skills, prepare for standardized tests, and build confidence in their mathematical abilities. I hold three college degrees: a Bachelor’s and a Master’s in Mathematics Education, as well as a Specialist Degree in Teacher Leadership. My extensive classroom experience allows me to understand exactly where students tend to struggle and how to guide them toward success.
Even before I began my teaching career, I was passionate about helping students learn math. I started tutoring at a local learning center and through private sessions, which helped me develop a personalized and flexible tutoring style. I believe that every student can learn math with the right approach and support. My sessions focus on clear explanations, step-by-step problem solving, and building lasting confidence and not just quick fixes. Whether you need help catching up, want to get ahead, or simply need a fresh way of looking at math, I’m here to help you reach your goals and see real results.
