Hi, I’m Dr. Rahsaan M. W.
My name is Dr. Rahsaan M. W. and live in the great state of Georgia. Currently, I am a Team Lead for Lockheed Martin, my duties include: (1) working with our customer to ensure good faith efforts and proactively monitor performance toward established goals; (2) conduct organizational assessments to design and deliver interventions to increase employee engagement; (3) apply understanding of metrics, survey and data analyses to develop, implement, and evaluate the efficacy of programs and interventions and track progress of initiatives.
As an educator, I affirm the ideals of honesty, integrity, and the human potential for moral and intellectual growth. I abhor students with low expectations and instruct them by embracing the power of high expectations and providing exceptional academic support.
In the classroom each student can achieve sophisticated learning and can undergo significant intellectual growth. I am relentlessly positive with my students and encourage them in ways designed to inspire them to work harder and to learn a lot in their classes.
Combining high academic expectations with a high degree of individualized academic support is extremely powerful for adult learners. This represents the single most powerful strategy for helping adult learners to achieve significant learning.
