Gesture Drawings with Anatomy
Coco reviewed and provided practice on gesture drawing, as well as how to add anatomy to those drawings. She focused on how individual body parts are constructed and how they connect to the overall figure, which helped make anatomy much easier to understand. She was also very nonjudgmental and supportive regarding any references, models, or poses used for study. This created a comfortable learning environment and made it much easier for me to work toward my personal artistic goals without feeling self conscious or restricted. I especially appreciated their willingness to meet me where I was as an artist and provide constructive feedback tailored to my goals.
