I am a nursing student at the University of South Carolina Aiken working toward my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My coursework has given me a strong background in math, science, and especially medication calculations, IV drip rates, and safe medication administration. These are areas where many nursing and pre-nursing students struggle, and I’ve developed strategies to make these topics clear, practical, and much less intimidating.

I have experience helping classmates and younger students build confidence in math and healthcare-related subjects. My approach is patient, supportive, and highly personalized. I break down each concept step by step, use real-world nursing examples, and provide plenty of practice so students not only get the right answer but also understand the reasoning behind it. I believe every student learns differently, and I adjust my style to fit each person’s needs — whether that means working through practice problems, using visual examples, or connecting lessons to real-life nursing scenarios.

What sets me apart is that I understand both the academic and emotional challenges of nursing school. I know how overwhelming med math can feel, and I pride myself on making students feel calm, capable, and confident. My goal is not just to help you pass your exams but to give you lasting skills and confidence that will carry into clinical practice and beyond.
