Hello! I am a senior at the Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, and Technology (ranked 6th in the nation; ranked 1st in Georgia) with a 4.1 GPA. Math has been one of my strongest subject throughout my high school career. I am currently taking Multivariable Calculus and Linear Algebra (Calculus 3).
For the past year I have tutored in math and language arts for kids, ranging from 5 years old to 17 years old., while working at Kumon and outside of Kumon. My SAT math score is a 740 and my AP Calculus BC score was a 4. My AP Psychology score was a 5. I have also worked on AP Psychology Curriculum development for the new AP Psychology curriculum change. With having worked at Kumon to tutor kids, I am able to quickly and efficiently teach the content to anyone in structured and unstructured ways. If it is necessary I am able to teach lessons and help kids practice math with worksheets and timed assignments.
Since I naturally enjoy working with students to help them succeed, I am able to make my lessons engaging and fun for the student so they can get the most out of the tutoring experience. I am comfortable working with any age group since I have worked with a diverse amount of students at a well-known learning center. I will make sure your child is comfortable with the content!
