Hey there! My name is Josephine, a fourth-year dental school student at the Dental College of Georgia. In 2020, I graduated top 1% of my high school class (ranked 6 out of 800), received AP scholar with distinction after completing 11 AP classes (scored 4-5), and received the 2020 Georgia Scholar award recognizing excellence in academics, extracurricular activities, and community life.
Out of high school, I was admitted into a 7-year fast-track (Professional Scholar Program) where I graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Distinction in Research for a bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. Currently, I am on track to graduate with a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry in the next year and am excited to help meet my community’s needs!
I have two years of prior private tutoring experience in physics and algebra and have continued my passion for education into my patient care. As I have taken many rigorous courses, I know how challenging they can be, especially without the proper support. Each person has a unique way of thinking and seeing the world and I will work with you one-on-one and adapt to your specific needs!
Currently, I offer tutoring and counseling for the following:
-Physics
-Biology
-Genetics
-Algebra 1
-Chemistry
-Anatomy and Physiology
-Dental Admissions Test (DAT) Test Prep
-College Admissions Guidance/Pre-health Career Counseling
-Dental School Guidance/Coursework Support
-7-Year BS/DMD Program Application Guidance
Please contact me for any further inquiries, I look forward to working with you!
