My name is Betty Opiyo, I'll be happy to take you through Finance. I am well knowledgeable in Introductory Finance, Corporate Finance, Basic Finance & Managerial Finance. I studied Finance and International Business at McGill University, Canada. I am currently working full time as a Lending Analyst for the largest Investment Bank and I've been tutoring undergraduate and graduate students part time for 7 years now.

I discovered my tutoring prowess in college when I started teaching other students how to solve Finance assignments and their positive feedback encouraged me to explore this path. I want to share not only my knowledge in the aforementioned subjects but also come up with creative tips and tricks to help you get unstuck and master course concepts faster and easily.

I have mastery in helping students solve question with financial calculators like Texas Instruments BA II plus, using Microsoft excel functions and manually with formulas. I prefer One-on-One tutoring approach as it is very interactive and I can answer my student's questions at that moment. Working with various students has helped me develop a keen eye to the mistakes that students are more prone to making; due to this, I always make sure to let my students know about them when necessary.

I have no doubt in teaching Finance as it is currently shaping my career.
