I’m a certified elementary teacher with over six years of experience helping K–5 students grow as confident readers, writers, and mathematicians. I hold an M.Ed. in Learning Design, Innovation, and Technology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Central Florida. I’m also certified in Elementary Education (K–6) with Reading and ESOL endorsements.
I’ve taught third and fourth grade and worked as a K–5 interventionist, giving me experience supporting students with a wide range of strengths and needs. I tutor elementary reading, writing, and math and especially enjoy finding creative ways to make challenging skills click.
I want tutoring to feel engaging and encouraging—not like another hour of school after a long day! I tailor sessions to each child’s needs and interests and incorporate games, hands-on activities, digital tools, and purposeful instruction to keep students learning and engaged. Most importantly, I want students to build both their academic skills and confidence in what they can do.
If you’re looking for individualized support for your child, I’d love to hear from you and learn more about how I can help!
