Greetings,
Well my name is Rafael, and I've studied Korean martial arts for 18 years, as for where we grew up it was customary to learn martial skill at a young age. At age 4 I studied under my Mother and Master in Taekwondo. At 12, I brought great honor by achieving mastery in Taekwondo and began teaching others under the guidance of my Master. I left his tutelage and began to diversify my craft in Hapkido which is a throwing art form and Taegukkwan which is Korean Tai Chi. I also studied Chinese Kenpo. I do hold a 4th degree Black Belt in the Traditional Arts. My teaching methods are designed to condition the mind and body first before I teach the actual technique. I look to pass on the Martial Skills I've used in live combat situations and competition to a student who is open to learn.
