Hi! My name is Ryan, and I am a senior at the Georgia Institute of Technology studying Industrial Engineering. I have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and problem-solving, and I enjoy helping students build confidence and succeed academically. I have been tutoring middle school and high school students in math since 2022, covering subjects such as Pre-Algebra, Algebra I and II, Geometry, Precalculus, Calculus, Probability, and Statistics. I also have experience with standardized test preparation, having earned a 35 on the ACT Math section. Additionally, I have served as a teaching assistant, helping students understand difficult concepts and strengthen their academic skills.

My tutoring approach focuses on breaking down challenging concepts into simple, manageable steps. I recognize that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching methods to fit individual needs and learning styles. Rather than simply providing answers, I emphasize understanding the reasoning behind each step, allowing students to develop problem-solving skills they can apply independently. I also incorporate practice problems and real-world examples to reinforce important concepts and make learning more engaging.

I believe confidence is just as important as knowledge when it comes to succeeding in mathematics. My goal is to create a patient, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. Whether you're looking to improve your grades, prepare for an upcoming exam, or get ahead in class, I am committed to helping you achieve your goals. There is nothing more rewarding to me than seeing a student master a concept they once struggled with, and I look forward to helping you do the same!
