I am a professional in the field of psychology. Having graduated with my MA in General Psychology from Hunter College, CUNY in May 2023, and my BS in Psychology from Fordham University in May 2019, I have a strong educational background that I have utilized to further develop my skills in psychology. From August 2021 to May 2022, I had experience teaching undergraduate college students and masters' level graduate students in statistics and research methods in psychology. From August 2023 to May 2024, I worked as an adjunct lecturer teaching undergraduate students statistics for psychology and statistics lab. I also worked with students on a 1 on 1 setting during office hours. Although I do have experience giving classroom instruction to college students, I prefer teaching 1 on 1. My specialty is helping students better understand the research process, by providing feedback and assistance for writing research papers and proposals. I am also very experienced in using Microsoft Excel, SPSS, and JASP for data entry and statistical analysis, particularly for hypothesis testing using parametric statistics. I am also open to tutoring college students in any subject related to psychology.

I had my first experience tutoring elementary age children when I was in high school. Since I attended the Bronx High School of Science, I have tutored middle school students to prepare for the SHSAT. I have been tutoring children on and off for over a decade, and have experienced working with children who exhibit symptoms of ADHD. I am also familiar with gifted students. My psychology background also helps me to have a better understanding of students who are neurodivergent (including ADHD & autism), so I can better accommodate their needs. I am open to working with elementary school and middle school students across a variety of disciplines. I am interested in tutoring high school students in AP Psychology.
