David helped me with understanding data structures in java. I dont have a CS background and my programming knowledge is with using R and Python and Java is a much different animal. He was able to create some drawings in power point to really help explain the abstract concepts and answer some basic fundamental questions I had before helping me decipher the requirements for a homework assignment. He was very patient and was able to break everything down into simple non academic terms which I found incredibly helpful as trying to learn through an academic textbook can be very challenging when the philosophy is typically why say something in 10 words when you can sound pretentious using a thesaurus and say it in 150. I would highly recommend David for anyone looking for help in any of the subjects he has listed. He's definitely been one of the best and most effective tutors I've worked with.
