Hello this is Rashad! I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Film from Full Sail University where I learned every aspect of the filmmaking process. I graduated from there as Valedictorian and largely attribute that to the amazing professors I had that dedicated extensive hours to our betterment. And that is why I want to give back in the same manner.

Since then I have acquired over a decade of experience in the industry and formed my own Video Production Company as well. I have a ton of experience filming corporate videos where the goal is to shoot interviews and b-roll type of content to tell the brand's story and mission or create promotional content whether it’s used internally or customer facing.

As far as tutoring, I have trained many people on the job and taught them through hands on experience how to film, light, run sound, set up equipment, and answer any and all questions they have so they can feel confident on set and as part of the crew. And these people I have given advice to were men and women of all ages, some in high school or college, and even those much older than I am. There is never not a good time in your life to gain knowledge and chase your dreams.

Through this platform, my goal is to share all of the knowledge I have with you so that you can feel comfortable with filming on your own or as part of a crew. We would start with assessing your current knowledge and areas where you want to grow in. I would then put together a comprehensive plan that is also very free flowing to get you from understanding the basics and moving on to advanced skills. And through the entire process I will be available to give advice or answer any questions you have about anything.
