Hello! I am a French teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience with a wide range of students ages 5 to adult. I hold a master’s degree in French linguistics and have a background in second language teaching as well. I am currently working on my PhD in French.

I would like to tell you a bit about my various teaching experiences. I have worked with students at every age level. I was a French teacher for several years at a learning-focused daycare and afterschool program where I taught children ages 0-5. I have completed a teaching certification program in the South Carolina public school system, during which I gained teaching experience at the middle and high school levels. I have also worked for two years as an assistant ESL teacher in France at the middle school level where I gained invaluable experience both in teaching English as a Second Language and speaking French in a professional setting. Finally, I was a French peer tutor for four years at the university level during my undergrad experience. I am currently a graduate teaching assistant of French at the university level and I teach ESL to adults!
I have a strong passion for language learning that I am excited to share with students! I always hope to make the learning process fun and engaging, as well as accessible to students of various backgrounds and levels! I hope to see you in a tutoring session soon!
