I have 27 years of diverse experience in Project Management, Leadership and General Management as well as Engineering Design and Startup of complex industrial machinery. My first project won a customer satisfaction rating of 4.8/5 which is a record to date. I passed PMP exam in 2010 and frequently help and coach fellow project managers in preparation for the PMP exam. I have hired and mentored several project managers during my professional career. Over time, I have mastered the skill of coaching and now I want to share my hands-on experience with others who aspire to learn or sharpen their skills in Project Management.

Being in a leadership and management role for more than 10 years, I am skilled in teaching these topics of all ages. I have successfully taught these subjects to college students and experienced professionals with great feedback. I have natural ability to teach, and my students are generally very satisfied with my approach and way of delivery.

My teaching strategy starts with understanding the needs and gaps from a student perspective, understanding the goals and agree on a plan that is focused on enhancing and improving the knowledge base on core topics. I carry out an objective planning to prepare a teaching roadmap that delivers desired results quickly. I believe in pull rather than push philosophy when it comes to teaching. I use variety of techniques that are helpful for the learning of my students. I adjust my tactics according to the needs and skills of my students.

I have a BS in Electrical Engineering and Master’s in Business Administration. I am a PMP certified project manager and hold Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
