I'm a highly successful business executive with a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership & a M.Ed. in Workforce & Career Development. I have over 20 years experience managing business for Fortune 500 companies. For my Master's program I maintained a 4.0. I love teaching others new skills. I've spent a good portion of my career as a trainer which has given me the skills to successfully tutor you!

I have supervised as many as 400 direct reports. I have trained and developed others many times to the next level. A large portion of my M.Ed. was spent on analyzing employee behaviors and performance. My experience allows me to help others navigate the modern day career paths. I focus on 21st century learning skills- like communication and pre-employment assessment taking tips/advice.

In addition to the college classes I've taken on PowerPoint and Word I routinely utilize these applications. PowerPoint and Word are two of the many programs I use to develop training materials. My PowerPoint presentations are often given on my company's weekly calls as virtual training and then stored on the intranet as reference/training materials.

I have managed many projects both large and small from new store openings to renovations, developing community partnerships to establishing loyal customer bases and improving company procedures and processes. I've been a top ranked multi-unit manager with Fortune 200 companies. I understand business strategies from social media to live events, as well as day to day management to special projects.
