Hi, I’m Mandy! I graduated summa cum laude from Valdosta State University with a degree in Secondary Education with an emphasis in mathematics. I have spent the past 26 years teaching mathematics in a variety of settings, including high school classrooms, college campuses, private homeschools, and one-on-one online tutoring sessions. I work with both high school and college students, and I am certified to teach AP Calculus.

my son said math was “fun”

Mandy has been absolutely amazing! My son needed help before retaking his Algebra I final. Mandy went above and beyond in reviewing his course material and coming up with a specific plan for their sessions. She adjusted her methods as she better understood how my son learns best, which I really appreciated. At the end of the first session, my son said that it was “actually kind of fun”. Math is his least favorite subject, so this was very surprising to hear, and a true testament to Mandy’s style. We will definitely continue working with Mandy to help with math!
