I have been a certified preschool teacher for over 10 years. I have a passion for promoting early childhood learning. Starting to help children before they have adopted bad habits and adopted a negative impression of themselves is important. I's possible to put children on the road to success, which will last for a life time, and only bring success in their lives.

I enjoy helping children with early success, and I do it with games, poem, songs, and nursery rhymes. I do this in a fun and encouraging way, which helps with language and learning. I do assessments regularly to see where the children are and how I can build on their strengths and strengthen areas where they are weak.

I ask for feedback from the parents to see if they have any concerns or things they specifically would like us to work on, and if they have seen any difference in the child's abilities. I do not bill for a session unless the tutoring is satisfactory.

I have had children who came to me each year who were hardly able to be understood in regards to their speech. However, nine months later the same child's speech became clearer and their communication with their peers improved to the point that they were able to serve as an interpreter for other children.

Starting with fun things like using play-dough, drawing, painting etc, helps with developing their fine motor skills. I will help them strengthen the same muscles that are needed for good handwriting.

I look forward hearing from you. It is my goal be supportive to children in their early critical years. I try to be adaptable to their schedules, although I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. We can discuss make up sessions.
