I am a current Economics major at Rollins College with minors in Data Analytics and Business Management, and I hold a 3.92 GPA. As a student-athlete and captain of the Men’s Tennis Team, I have developed strong discipline, communication, and time-management skills that carry directly into my tutoring. My academic background allows me to tutor subjects such as microeconomics, macroeconomics, introductory statistics, business fundamentals, and math through the high-school and early college levels. I also help students develop study strategies, understand assignments more clearly, and gain confidence with course material.
I have experience tutoring both college students and younger learners through my work at the Rollins Tutoring & Writing Center, where I support students one-on-one in writing, economics, and foundational math. Through this role, I have worked with students of different ages and learning styles, including international students, student-athletes balancing busy schedules, and first-year students adjusting to college-level expectations. Outside of academics, I also coach young athletes in tennis, which has strengthened my ability to explain concepts clearly, stay patient, and adjust my approach depending on what helps each student learn best.
My tutoring style is friendly, structured, and focused on improving understanding rather than memorization. I break down challenging topics into simple steps, use real examples to make abstract ideas easier to grasp, and encourage students to think through problems independently with guidance. Whether a student needs long-term support, help preparing for an upcoming exam, or just wants to boost their confidence in a difficult class, I am committed to meeting them where they are and helping them make real progress.
