I'm Mallory! As a resident physician with a strong background in the biological sciences, I love helping students demystify complex scientific and medical concepts. I graduated from medical school at Nova Southeastern University in May 2025, completed my residency intern year through the University of Miami at Holy Cross Hospital, and am matched into Diagnostic Radiology at Tulane University. My academic foundation includes a B.S. in Microbiology and Cell Sciences from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and an M.S. in Medical Sciences from the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine. With this background, I am uniquely equipped to tutor a wide range of subjects, including undergraduate and high school biology, microbiology, anatomy and physiology, biochemistry, and general chemistry. Beyond traditional coursework, I specialize in assisting pre-med students navigating the medical school application process, personal statements, and upper-level medical sciences. I also offer comprehensive coaching for medical school or residency interview prep, as well as targeted strategy for MCAT and Board Exams! My teaching experience includes serving as an Anatomy Lab TA in medical school and a Microbiology lab TA during undergrad. These roles taught me that everyone learns differently. Whether you are trying to master intricate anatomical structures or understand complex cellular pathways, I tailor my approach to your specific learning style—using visual aids, conceptual breakdown, and active recall techniques.I love to teach and help others excel in topics I am passionate about. I welcome any resources, syllabi, or specific goals students or parents would like to share so we can customize our sessions. I am highly responsive, easy to reach, and look forward to helping you achieve your academic goals. Feel free to contact me with any questions or to schedule your first lesson!
