In brief, I am proficient in ensuring delivery of cooperative and experiential learning with all types learners that lead to successful attainment of learning outcomes on all levels and venues, according to the Sunshine State Standards. My association with the Assessment of Learning in Higher Education have propelled my efforts, because of the cornucopia resources available relative to learning outcomes assessment that are applied in my classroom; likewise, evidence of my scholarly proposals has been accepted and showcased at various conferences. Thereby students not only have a purposeful, coherent, and holistic educational experience where connected learning is measured systematically and relationally, but ensure they are receiving high quality education that is informed and evidence-based.My research focuses on educational assessment, high-potential infants and toddlers, and gifted and talented student identification disenfranchisement.
