My approach emphasizes the core skills the LSAT actually tests: close reading, logical analysis, argument evaluation, and disciplined decision-making under time pressure. I help students understand why answers are right or wrong, recognize faulty reasoning, improve timing, and reduce overthinking and second-guessing. My coaching background is especially useful for capable students who know the material but need a more consistent strategy for performing at their best on test day.

IELTS

I completed the IELTS Teacher Prep Certification through Bridge in August 2025. During my years in Japan, I assisted many students and professionals preparing for English-language proficiency examinations, particularly TOEFL and TOEIC. Interview Prep

I understand effective interviewing from three perspectives: as an employee assessor, a career coach, and an ESL instructor. I worked in legal services for 13 years as a legal researcher, international paralegal, and legal document specialist. At Berlitz, I taught Legal English to lawyers and other professionals and developed a specialized workshop in response to strong demand for this training. A Japanese female nano-scientist student won best presenter from Asia at an international event and was asked to present to the U.S. Congress. As a certified executive coach, I coached Western and international executives in how to deliver stand-out presentations in internal meetings and international events. As one of suffered from a 'severe' public speaking phobia, I understand both the inner game of confident presenting and best practices that you will not learn at Toastmasters.
