I tutor and coach students on their academic and career journeys through math, statistics, and data science. Many of my students are adult learners returning to school after a break, or professionals transitioning into data, business, or healthcare fields. I work with students at all levels—from those relearning algebra to graduate students in finance, MBA programs, and data boot camps.

I hold a double Master’s degree in Finance and Decision Sciences, and I’ve worked in applied mathematics, statistics, and data science since 1992. My professional background includes experience in risk modeling, business forecasting, and decision analysis. I’ve taught in both college classrooms and one-on-one settings for over 20 years, and I especially enjoy working with students who are starting from scratch or rebuilding their confidence in math.

My tutoring style is patient, kind, and student-centered. I break down complex topics into clear, manageable steps and use real-world examples whenever possible. I never rush students or make them feel awkward for asking questions. I can help you master topics in quantitative analysis, statistics, finance, and decision science, and I tutor software including Excel, R, Python, and Tableau. Whether you’re studying for a course, preparing for a new career, or learning something completely new, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow your skills with confidence.
