Sadik helped me with Master budgeting which is a long financial process that can be complicated. He made sure I understood the differences between a contribution margin, segment margin and customer margin. He is a good listener, answers questions and geared his responses to me. He is proficient in his field and can explain various scenarios: alternate ways of deriving the same answer. He helped me get a "100" on my Balanced Scorecard and KPIs assignment which was very detailed. He also offers some critical advice on how to manage stress and keeping a positive perspective, all valuable information. His tutoring was pivotal in helping me to prepare for tests. If I needed a tutor in his discipline, he would be my first choice. We had approximately 22 hours of tutoring sessions.
