Sloane, 2 lessons with EvaEva the tutor came to our house and tutored my daughter 6 times in total. We only went through the Wyzant app once because Eva claimed it would save Her money if i paid Her in cash or Venmo. So, i was paying Her outside of Wyzant. After telling Eva that we would not be using Her anymore She got upset and went and made a false claim to Wyzant stating that we cancelled an appointment that was never through Wyzant. This is not true and Eva made a false schedule date and charged my account for something that was not true. Please put the money back in my account and stop this from happening again.
Sloane, 2 lessons with EvaTutor responded:He was the one that wanted to pay me a different method. Our first session was paid through wyzant like it was supposed to. All my other clients paid me through wyzant like they are supposed to. this is not a rare thing that the client wants to pay outside wyzant and I lost some clients because of that in the past when I refused to do so. The session was scheduled and confirmed. The 60 dollars I requested was suggested before we even started tutoring. I was not upset that they wanted to discontinue tutoring. I was upset because they call me when I was already on my way.
