Hi there! My name is Davis E. I am a recent college graduate of Samford University of Birmingham, AL. I graduated with a bachelors of science in Geography, a minor in Environmental Studies, and a concentration in Geographic Information Systems (GIS). In my time at Samford, I loved spending time outdoors, visiting nearby parks and applying what we learned in a textbook, to real life geologic phenomena.
I am also a pilot! I guess that part of the reason I chose Geography as a degree. I have been flying for 10 years and have accrued multiple licenses and over 1,400 hours flying through the years. It is in incredible hobby, and I hope one day career path. I love teaching my friends the basics of how pilots fly airplanes, and I suppose that love of teaching was in fact sparked through my love of flying. So, I hope to use enthusiastic self to help you understand geography, geology, and all associated topics in between. Maybe you'll have a few flying questions too, and that's fine!
